Purchased a Rothenberger propane torch set from a reputable shop in France. Tried it with a new bottle of propane, new regulator and the torch would constantly go out. Tried with another set of gas and same issue hence the torch was the problem. Contacted the company and no response from so called customer service. Not impressed will never purchase one of their products or recommend them to anyone else
Do not be scammed by this company I bought a drain auger that was missing parts did not operate correctly and they would not refund it. It’s a total scam.

Words of Caution to Suppliers and potential Rothenburger customers:- On Dec 11th 2013, Following discussion with Customer Services (Kettering), where I was advised they had RB-1000004349: Rothenberger Press Ring Set SV (15-22-28-35mm) *Q4 Christmas Promo* in stock, I ordered a (£500) set from a UK Supplier, who again showed stock. 19 May 2014, more than 6 months later, the set has not yet arrived, promises of action from Senior's have come to nothing. My complaint/ comments, registered on the Rothenburger Facebook page has been buried (along with Many others I suspect). At the same time of order, I placed an order for the £200 tool to activate Press Rings from an Italian Supplier. The Activator tool (no fault of the supplier) took 4 months to arrive. NOW £700 out of pocket... No response from Rothenburger. I would suspect the Rothenburger Family are totally unaware of what is happening??
