Two lads came out a few days later, including the owner Adam Knowles. They went onto the roof to asses the situation and I found out that the pointing was so bad on the chimney he could pull the bricks out by hand. Yikes. So I arranged a date for them to come, I had my halves of the chimney's re pointed (I'm mid terrace but slightly staggered so I have 3/4of one end as well) they replaced a few cracked tiles, sorted the central tiles s as they were loose and I opted for a new edge to prevent the need for repointing it. All together cost me £1300. He said the new edging was gaurenteed and I would get the receipt in the post. So far so good. However I never received my receipt or gaurentee, i am left worried that I have been scammed. Adam does not have an email address, head office and he is not returning my call. Further investigation shows that this is not a registered company. I have given it 2 stars as a benefit of the doubt since the website has been created this year ('23) and maybe he has just started. If I get a response I will update this review
