Good communication, fast delivery and great price.
What's not to like.

The initial stock check emails were answered almost immediately.
After only part of the order was delivered, I was concerened that the remaining item had been lost in transit, a quick call to RVO and was relieved to hear that a second courier had been used.
Due to the heavy handed nature of couriers, the telescope was badly out of collimation, after several failed attempts I phoned RVO asking if they could fix it, after a quick 2 hour drive my scope was back in working order.
I cannot praise the members of RVO enough.

the scope i purchased was not available for a few months, after registering my interest they kept me fully updated even honouring the old price knowing the new stock would be priced higher, delivery was extremely quick and all was as promised, needed a few extra bits and bobs and although elsewhere was priced slight lower then ROV i still purchased from them due to the excellent experience i had with the big purchase. if you make an enquiry via online contact page you will get answer within 24 hours usually from the excellent Adam. would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent retailer.

Very happy with my purchase from Rother Valley Optics , my telescope arrived very quick I was very extremely happy they used DPD for delivering my item as you get a date and time slot for delivery. Very quick to reply back about my enquiry ordering extra bits, gps and finder scope which was well packed and everything I received was in perfect condition. I was very happy I went for the telescope deal which I think is good value for money . I haven't really tried the telescope properly yet as the weather hasn't been great ,but the telescope collimation on the telescope is 100% spot and gps is great, just wanting for better weather to totally get the best out of the telescope. I would very happly shop with Rother Vally again . They do have loads of telescopes and accessories in stock and other items so defiantly worth checking them out . Nice folks to deal with. Give good sensible advice. They do not use pressure tactics to make you buy something, and went the extra mile to get the instrument to me faster than expected.

I ordered the Skywatcher 707 for my boyfriends birthday. It didn't arrive on time due to a courier error. Rother Valley Optics were so helpful and sent out a second one asap. The telescope is proving to be great for my boyfriend and I who are beginner stargazers.
