I ordered a couple switches on here and after 32 days it said it was delivered and nothing was there. The post office has no record of it. Neither did any of the other delivery drivers. No one could find my tracking number in there system. Total bullshit from these people.

I ordered an ice maker and never received it

Ordered a little library kit. Dug the hole and set the post for it. Website said would be delivered from the US and free delivery in 3 days. Paid for delivery and DHL tracking. Instead got China post tracking and an empty envelope that showed up in the mail a month later. Wasted money, time, and effort in setting up the wood post for the library that never came.

This page is not safe or true, it is a scam, everything seems very nice, they debit the money from your account and you never receive what you bought. Do not risk buying, they do not send you confirmation or tell you where the item will arrive. I sent 2 emails, I wrote to the 17track chat as they told me and they asked me for a credit card to give me an answer, it is an insult. As today, never received.

They took extra long to deliver and make package did not even come and I keep emailing them and they don’t want to give my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I never received any confirmation in my email. However, my bank account shows that they did the withdrawal. Does anyone know how to contact them via phone? Just curious Scammers only get away with things for so long.

I order a plant stand and never got it! SCAM...SCAM....SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t have given even 1 star but, you can't leave a review without it!

I placed an order in December 2024 in the amount of $36.05. I checked their tracking site every day to see the progress of my order which started Dec 20, 2024 and ended Jan 21, 2025 saying my item has been delivered. I never received my item and they would not give me a USPS tracking number. I should have known something was up because the item I ordered cost over $100 on Walmart's site.

I ordered and paid online for a Rothous product on December 23, 2024.
Today is March 18, 2025.
It has been 85 days, and I still have not received any delivery from Rothous. And, Rothous refused to refund my money. The card I paid with on December 23, 2024 was a (COMDATA Payment Solutions Debit Card) - the debit card representatives have also refused to refund the money. I have a Rothous receipt of payment for my purchase, I have the SKU number for the product and the delivery tracking slip indicating they were in Hong Kong and delivered to the US, the app that (Rothous) sent me to watch the tracking of the package is called (17TRACK)
The carrier (17TRACK) has also indicated that they did not receive any package or delivery from the online retailer (Rothous). Rothous has collected the customer's money off of the debit card, but never sent any package to the carrier or the customer. Today is March 18, 2025 and (Rothous) and (ComData Payment Solutions) Debit Card have still refuse to refund customer's money back to the debit card. I filed a police report, a State of Illinois report, consumer protection report and an FBI report. The retailer removes the funds from customer cards and pretends to send television sets to a carrier named (17TRACK), and no package arrives. However, the carrier (17TRACK) will send a fake notification that your package has arrived. The state still allows the online the online retailer (Rothous), the carrier (17TRACK) and the debit card (ComData Payment Solutions) to scam customers online. The date that funds were stolen from customer's ComData Payment Solutions debit Card was December 23, 2024. The funds Rothous took from my ComData debit card in the name of customer, Kimberly Dawson were never recovered.

If I could give 1 star I would I completely got scammed soon as I asked for refund they stop replying and 17track is not a shipping service it's a tracking service and both have more excuses than a kid that didn't do their homework wished I could find a way to get my money back but it seems to be a lost cause. No wonder you can't leave a review on either site

Stillness haven’t received any response yet from the company regarding my order and they have sent me an email saying they will be sending back my money but never did SOOO NEVER ORDER FORM HERE
SCAMMERS SCAM See We All Got SCAMMED For A Little Of Nothing.

I just ordered a tv from them today because they were on Walmarts website for TV's I sure hope I get what I paid for. I'll go to Walmart and demand my money back.

Paid over $40 for a plant display stand for a Christmas present. Said it would be delivered on Dec 19th (today) but after doing 2+ hours research 17Track says it’s in China. After reading all other reviews just today, I too will be going to my bank to get reimbursed. SCAMMERS! I also tried to “chat” with the router technician at the top of the tracking page. After answering all their questions, giving them all my information, they sent me to a page where I would pay $1 today and automatically billed $46 a month to answer my concern. This scammer company is called JustAnswer.
