Did not send the order.
2 weeks of messages (Instagram, emails, WhatsApp) with no response!..

Do not buy from this store...

Been waiting weeks and weeks for package I ordered.
More weeks pass no package
No update
No tracking info
Lots of money down the drain.
A little disappointed.

Update: package finally arrived and in perfect condition very happy with it a shame it took so long and that’s not really down to the supplier.

I order 12 november 2x packet LoTR tcg cards 108 euro and standard shipping, it was wrong very alowly coming my order,i canot tracing my order woth that shop app., i think its lost somewehere, i want ask for refund. I want my money back if my order dont come to me. Pls anfer me back i wrote now second time email.

I had a very bad experience with the site. I ordered a comic and after that i had 0 news. I contacted them via e-mail and all social, all i got from them is zero response. After a week i don’t know What will happen with this order and there is not the possibility to ask for a refund because they don’t respond.

I don't know why they have bad ratings, I ordered and received it in a few days, delivery extra fast, communication excellent, I will be very happy to order from you again, congratulations, clear 10 ratings

Great had it shipped to ireland, got a little bit delayed in the post but that wasnt an issue.

Owner had a print for sale online. I inquired about it to see if it was actually in stock. After inquiring he jacked the price up $400. Really shady business practices. I wouldn’t trust them

Rotterdam Comics is old school retail with a clear goal to make the online experience feel more like going to the store to build a genuine customer/seller relationship. As a collector having a personal connection with the place I buy is really important and the team went above and beyond to give me a fantastic experience.

Unable to contact anyone regarding to my online order. Sent emails a few times, even attempted to send text via WhatsApp. Still no answer for more than 2 weeks. Still waiting for what I ordered 2 weeks ago.

The comicbook came in mint condition. Delivery was a bit slow.

I ordered a book two weeks ago and never received it. I didn't get a tracking number, even though I paid €15 for shipping. I haven't received a response to email inquiries about where the package is or whether they have a tracking number. They don't have PayPal, so they don't offer buyer protection. The money is gone, and I've never received a comic or a reply.

So I order a package I did worry after looking at the reviews and I had placed a order but the communication is great I didn’t get a reply for couple days but after I did get a reply ever since it’s been a very good customer service I haven’t received the package yet but has been sent off I will update this once I have received my order but in all and all great customer service and support when out of there way to check on my order with the company they used

Placed an order on 2/10 and paid significantly over retail because the item is somewhat difficult to find. The company IMMEDIATELY, the day after, tripled the price of the item the next day with a caption that read ”rare out of print item", failed to fill the order, refused to respond to multiple requests for a shipping update, and I can confirm that at least one other person has the exact same experience for the exact same item. This store is clearly predatory with its pricing and I suggest everyone avoid them

Terrible. Not a good experience at all. Never received my order, no communications with the shop, not able to get hold of anyone or get someone to respond to any queries via phone, email or WhatsApp. Definitely do not recommend. Rather go somewhere else.

It took a bit before the sender responded but everything was fine after. The problem was when he suddenly became sick and the order got delayed a whole week. If I were you I would rather just buy from somewhere else safer and quicker because 8€ for shipping national for a small item is really not a good look

Item was not send. No reply to my email. Everything is paid for but I didn't get anything
