I cannot say enough about the service given. my requests were followed to the letter. very efficient and caring.

I had a bespoke request that wasn’t available on the website so submitted a question via their contact form. Mike made contact the same day and talked me through the process from start to finish. It was and easy and professionally delivered process. They sent out proofs to check sizes and locations, colour samples and they could not help me enough. The finished item was delivered this weekend and we are absolutely over the moon with it. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Jan gives you lots of hints and tips too while designing the frame or mounting the items.

I could not recommend this company enough. I will definitely be coming back again.

Being at Christmas, I was late in ordering a beautiful oak frame from Mike and Jay. They immediately messaged to say that the frame wouldn't arrive until after Christmas (this was also stated on their website).
I also had a few questions, they were very professional and quick with answers and even sent a sample of frame and mount in the post.
The frame was definitely worth the wait. It was beautiful! My dad was thrilled to bits to be able to see his dad's WW2 medals as well as a photo of him in the frame too.
Huge thanks to Mike and Jay for making us all very happy.

This company went the extra mile to provide a bespoke box frame for my wife’s photo and medal. Response to emails was friendly and prompt and the delivery and product were first class at a very competitive price.

Jan at Roundstoneframing produced two excellent bespoke frames for my deceased father in law's photos and medals from the Second World War.
The craftsmanship is first class and the price reasonable. We did have an initial problem with lost emails but that was rectified and Jan went out of her way to ensure the frames were delivered for my brother-in laws birthday on 23rd December.

Could not be happier with the frame to display my Grandads WW2 medals, cap badge and photo. The quality is superb and the instructions to put everything in place were excellent. They even put in some tape to secure the items. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend you use this company, service was great.

Ordered a bespoke medal frame asa suprise for my father. The ordering was very easy and jay even contacted me to make sure of a certain size inlay we'd asked for.
The frame arrived and was far beyond our expectations. Beautifully made and amazingly packed! There was nothing going to happen to that frame in transit. Lol. Very professional. Would highly recommend. Thankyou

First class service and an absolutely fantastic framing job. Had an autograph of Muhamad Ali on a £10.00 note that I got when I met the great man himself when I was with my then one year old son. As a birthday surprise, for my now twenty eight year old, I asked Roundstone to frame the autograph for me........the result was spectacular and my son was simpy floored and over the moon. I have just received my second medal frame from Roundstone, this recent frame was not a standard request, however Roundstone created exactly what I needed. It has been delivered today by Hermes well packaged with excellent instructions for installing medals etc. - Thank you for such a great service, highly recommend.

During the VE celebrations, I saw a frame containing medals and a photo. Googled and found this superb company who design frames for medals and photos and /or cap badges. Now have a wonderful tribute for my Dad who served in WW2 and my husband's grandfather who served in WW1. Quality is great and price amazing.
