I'm really impressed with Route 1. I've had some great service from this company over the past year, and I am gradually moving more work over to them, because of their quality and efficiency.

What has stood out most in recent days, though, has been the robust support I continue to get from Route 1's Artwork Team - having a real person to talk to makes all the difference, and this week, I was assisted by Lisa who worked hard to find the solutions I needed for my most recent jobs. I found her helpful, efficient and concerned with making sure my orders went through perfectly.

Having a team that cares about my products as much as I do makes all the difference, and this artwork team really delivers. Lisa is an excellent ambassador for her company and has impressed me greatly.

Bringing our print production over to Route 1 is rapidly becoming one of the smartest decisions I have made for Dove Press this year.

Really pleased with Route1 - always despatched on time, never had any issues regarding quality/missing items etc and most importantly, they see the job through right to the end inc delivery. Many online suppliers wash their hands with responsibility once the order leaves their premises which is technically fine but really not helpful. Had a few DPD issues recently and rather than the "we can't do anything, it's in the hands of the courier" response you'd get from many other suppliers, Elina has done everything in her power to get it sorted. DPD issues are not really their problem but really appreciate them going above and beyond to make it their problem!

We recently had 1,500 A5, 64-page catalogues printed by Route 1 Print for a client. Unfortunately, on the centre spread the top staple had pulled through on all copies, which understandably left the client unhappy.

I contacted Route 1 Print and spoke with Elina Jakobsone, who handled the issue very professionally. Route 1 Print agreed to issue a £250 credit, reprint 500 catalogues, and collect 500 of the damaged ones from the client (as 1,000 had already been sent out).

All of this was arranged and completed very quickly. The reprints arrived promptly, the collection was smooth, and most importantly, the client was happy with the outcome.

Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how smoothly they’re resolved — and in this case, Route 1 Print handled it well.
