Returning purchase
I ordered a pair of trainers for my grandson for his birthday. Order filled and delivered quickly. Unfortunately they didn't fit and needed a larger size. I took them to our local store. Couldn't exchange in store, but a very helpful shop assistant helped me through the process and I was able to leave the shoes there, then reorder online with gift voucher. All went smoothly and received replacement shoes within a few days. Couldn't fault the process and the store staff are incredibly helpful.
