Beautiful design! Quality fabric and construction. A bit firm but it works well in our “formal” living room for ocasional use.
Shipping and delivery was seamless. The sofa is gorgeous and perfect for our space. We were nervous about purchasing a sofa without sitting on it prior, but we are pleased with the level of firmness and are excited for more Rove Concepts pieces.

Comfy and great fabric
My experience with Rove Concepts and my purchase of the Diane sofa has been so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. I purchased the Diane Sofa because I was drawn to the design and sold on the idea that this was a premium piece. It was intended as both a statement piece in my living room and, yes, still something that would be lived on. I took incredible care of it, never ate or drank near it, and nothing has ever been spilled on it. And yet, strange discolourations and stains have started appearing on the fabric over the last few months, despite the couch having been initially purchased and delivered in the fall of last year. The company continues to brush it off, suggesting solutions that have not helped in the slightest. While I once suggested these marks might be caused by water (possibly from wet hair or clothing), I only mentioned this as a guess, because frankly, I’ve been at a complete loss. These marks show up randomly, with no known cause, and continue to show up on my couch. What’s worse, the moment I followed their suggested cleaning method, the stain that I tested became more pronounced and now looks like a bullseye permanently etched into the fabric. This is not how quality fabric should behave. I’ve owned IKEA furniture that has held up better than this. I can’t believe how I’m dealing with stains that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place, and now a visibly altered patch from their recommendations. I believe this to be a manufacturing defect, as it’s clearly a problem with the integrity of the fabric. This makes me wonder if that is why it is always on sale. Paying $2000+ for a piece of furniture should come with peace of mind in both the quality and customer service. When I reach out for support, I am often met with robotic responses (aka clearly ChatGPT), and on the latest one, a message about a 3-day reporting window and a warranty that doesn’t cover fabric issues. This was the first time I’d even heard of that policy. From my understanding, after 72 hours, they just wash their hands of any responsibility and quality of their products. Their best offer throughout this entire ordeal? “Try hiring a professional cleaner.” I’m honestly shocked. I’ve purchased a lot of furniture in my life and have never encountered this level of inflexibility, poor product performance, and dismissiveness from a brand that presents itself as high-end. To anyone considering buying from this company: proceed with caution. If anything goes wrong, they will not take accountability. On top of everything, you may find yourself like me, stuck with a very expensive, rapidly deteriorating couch that you’re afraid to even sit on.

It's a beautiful sofa! However, the vegan suede material is not ideal as it retains the most vivid outline of your body when you sit on it, especially if you're wearing leggings or something like that.

The Diane sofa is very beautiful and I love it for the design, size, fabric and colour. However, it does feel quite hard to sit on. The Diane sofa that I sat on in the show room felt much softer and more comfortable to sit on.
