They couldn't deliver because it wouldn't fit our entrance because of the bulky wrapping. The movers refused to remove the wrappings and took the sofa back. Rove Concepts treated this as a return and charged me more than $300.00 dollars for this. I explained that I did not return the sofa and that I asked the movers to remove the wrapping so that the sofa would fit but they refused, and Rove Concepts also refused to refund the "return merchandise fee". This was our second purchase but after this experience it was our last. We will not be buying anything from Rove Concepts.
