This is a great little British business creating plastic free items. I bought a few unsponges and shared with my daughter,she loves them too. Although I cannot fault the products. There were 2 items missing from my delivery. I hate to complain but I contacted rowen who was very friendly and promised the issue would be resolved. After a couple of weeks I contacted her again as I hadn't heard anything and the products hadnt arrived. She apologised profusely and promised again to resolve the matter. Again I waited and contacted again and now my messages are being ignored.
I'm really disappointed as I think her business is great and its a commendable venture. But I still haven't received my items and I was really looking forward to getting them. I have given up trying now.

Purchase process and website are fine. My only gripe is that the heavy duty unsponges are slightly small and don’t seem particularly heavy duty (I bought 12 as gifts). For the price I was expecting something a bit bigger and more durable feeling. To be fair though I’ve yet to use one, so we’ll see how they last.

Superb products that make it easier to be more zero-waste in your everyday lifestyle. Speedy delivery and good quality products, I bought unsponges and vegan food wraps. Love the colours and patterns. Had one set of food wraps for 6 months already and they still work fine, but wanted some more as they do a good job. Thank you.

I've just started using the veganwax wraps and Unsponges. The wraps mould easily, look pretty and do the job! Unsponges work well on my nonstick pans. I find them a bit more difficult with smaller items but generally use the dishwasher for those anyway. Overall I am pleased with my purchases and don't feel the need to return to plastic versions.

Really useful so far. Can't believe I've only just discovered this!
