I was looking for downlights, like the one already fitted in another room. Your sales person Lee Evans, was absolutely excellent! He responded quickly, and after helping to advise me of different postage deals, even rang me to confirm I had actually intended to process my payment.
Many thanks to Lee and Rowse for A1 service.
I have already emailed him for advice on lighting for my next project.

Rowse doesn’t seem to sell online. They just offer to quote. Had to go elsewhere.
I needed a simple electric switch module for my kitchen lights. The manufacturer doesn’t sell them. It advises using a “Supplier” such as Rowse. Astonishingly, to me, I found online that Rowse doesn’t seem to sell them, either - you have to ask them for a quote, instead of just buying one from them online. What’s so hard about having the stuff you sell being available with price, online, ready to buy?
