My experience with Female receptionist .
My experience with the reception staff at Royal Arch Apartments was extremely disappointing. The female receptionist on duty displayed a very bad attitude and was remarkably rude.
More concerning was her handling of an urgent delivery. A package containing essential medication arrived for me, and she assured me she would notify me as soon as it came in. She completely failed to do so. Instead of attending to guests or managing deliveries, she was too busy browsing her phone and watching TikTok videos.
This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to medical deliveries. Management really needs to step in, address this lack of professionalism, and properly discipline the staff member involved. I expected a much higher standard of service.
