Yearly berthing contract is onerous and heavily weighted in their favour if you vacate your berth before term and attempt to seek a refund. Public access to berths and shower/loo.facilities is hazardous across open concrete yard, unmaintained, pitted with ruts and deep holes. Already had one nasty fall in the family. Total lack of response from management after two months.
Very pretty but seem to be intent on expanding to the detriment of their local environment. Have to travel to local shops. Loos are unisex , OK if you like that sort of thing.

My recent first-time visit to RCM, which is perfectly positioned for sight-seeing ashore & afloat. RCM - and near-by boatyards - have all the wish-for facilities of any good marina (especially the de luxe showers!) but for us it was the staff that made our stay. Rob & his team really did made us feel welcome, and had the patience to cheerfully answer our many questions about the district, giving sound advice. These guys sail themselves, and they know their stuff. Thanks guys.
