Poor customer experience
Poor customer experience, wait weeks for a delivery then is appears and I am on holiday then is sent back, as I can't delay the pick-up time. I am then told it's down to me reading the fine print. My feedback to RD, be more interactive about letting the customer know when a delivery is on the way and also use a delivery company with better options for delayed pick-up. I will not use them again as I am often away for work and I need to have an option for late pick-up.
Answer to RD: The issue is you do not send timely reminders. And whether you like it or not your delivery service is poor compared to other retailers.

The water bottle i ordered had marks on…
The water bottle i ordered had marks on them. I will keep it sonce it is not worth taking pain to return this itwm but it leaves bad image for the store.

The packaging was way too big for the…
The packaging was way too big for the two items that I ordered. The set of 60 cutlery were not properly secured which meant they went all over the cardboard box- meaning the box of the cutlery set opened.
