The service was great up to placement of order No. 1761 for a round teak table and stacking chairs and it was delivered on time as promised. The table stands out in all weather and is proving of nice quality, thanks Royal Finesse !!

My Order No.#1663 dated 21/04/23 was fulfilled very efficiently and in my dealings with the support staff via the telephone I found them very courteous and extremely helpful.
The products were delivered on time, assembled quickly and all packaging tidied and removed.
I have found the products, an extending table and 8 stackable chairs plus a garden bench very comfortable and have received many compliments on them from family and friends, a great pity that the weather has prevented us from making more use of them.

The hardwood garden bench was well made of sustainable timber and at reasonable price. The company arranged an early delivery and re-arrange the date as it was not convenient. On the day of delivery the crew were polite and helpful making the whole process from purchase to delivery a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company.

I received my beautiful table and chairs in the time that was estimated. I also paid extra to have them assembled.
The guys were very quick and did a great job. They took all the packaging away, so my garden instantly looked beautiful.
The furniture is just as shown on the website.

Needs looking after with teak oil - but as to be expected,

I bought a 5-foot ex-display teak park bench, thinking there would at least be some dents or scratches being ex-display but was amazed to find there were none, not one! No assembling was required, making it a very solid bench. Very pleased with the quality of the bench and the level of service received from Royal Finesse. Highly recommend. Order #1647

After researching online we opted to purchase our new teak garden table and chairs from Royal Finesse.
The furniture is absolutely beautiful and has really upgraded our patio/entertaining area. It was easy to assemble and we will certainly use Royal Finesse again in the future.

Bench was delivered on time, I was delighted with the quality. As the description states these are ex display and may have marks and scratches, however for the price paid the level of marking was minimal and therefore excellent value. I have also ordered other goods give first positive experience.

We ordered a 4 seater bench; communications were immediate after the order and activate in terms of delivery time frames. Further comms were again accurate and informative. Delivery arrived on time as specified and delivered to where we asked as we were out at the time of delivery.

I ordered this Lutyens style garden bench for my son for his birthday. It arrived on time and he is very happy with it. It was ex-display so less expensive but it was in excellent condition.

Good quality round extending teak table #1638. Delivered quickly and much used throughout the summer.

Smooth ordering delivery process. Quality product. Just what we wanted.

Bought an ex-display table from Royal Finesse. The product has now turned up and is as described, so no issue with the actual quality (although the 'all sales of ex-display items are final' was a bit scary when you are dropping several hundred pounds and don't even get to see pictures of the actual table you are buying).
The issue is more with their woeful delivery service. I don't know another company where you pay £550 and then hear absolutely nothing for nearly three weeks. A call to their helpline is unable to provide a delivery date. Their website states their lines are open 8am-8pm; they're not. Then a text saying it's being loaded onto a lorry. Then nothing. Another call says they can't offer delivery windows because of the risk of being stuck in traffic. So how come almost every other company (John Lewis, Tesco etc) is able to offer 2 hour delivery slots?
I pointed out that if I wasn't in on the day of delivery - because I didn't know to be in, then that would be a massively inefficient wasted trip for them, with no guarantee that their next attempt would be any better. They just shrugged. I think these guys are a new company (established in 2022) and have bitten off more than they can chew. But now the delivery stress is over, hopefully I can enjoy my table and chairs for many years to come.
