Placed an order in July. Kept telling me it will be shipped. Tried telling me that the tariffs in America were affecting my order. I told them I live in Australia not America. Getting them to reply was like having teeth pulled. PayPal why?
I think they spin a wheel with orders on it and if it lands on yours, you lose and don't get your order. Ended up having the case close in my favour and a refund is pending. I would seriously advise people not to order from this company, ever. Useless as tits on a bull.

No contact, no way to track packages, sent money through PayPal to buy a pillow cover and nothing. It's as if I never ordered anything. I emailed them and they said I would get tracking info in 24-48 hours. That was 4 days ago. Never trust this company. They also go by other names:

All 3 are scams as far as I can tell. I have filed a case with PayPal to get my money back.

I ordered a cushion cover. I waited and waited and waited. I emailed, no reply. I sent a message on their website and they replied saying I would receive tracking in the next couple of days. 10 days later and still nothing! I have gone to Paypal for a full refund and will not recommend this company. I think they are a scam?

I ordered a cushion cover which finally arrived close to 2 months after placing the order - as others have said, smelling badly. However, it was 3 inches larger than advertised and so did not fit. I immediately informed them and actually got a response back, asking me for proof. I sent pictures of the item with a ruler on it, showing it's size. Since then I've been asked for more and more time for management to find a solution. It's been about 2 weeks and every time I email to ask for an update I'm asked for more patience. It's not rocket science: the item won't change. So let me return the item (or not), but refund my money! I've now emailed them to say that this smacks of dishonesty and an attempt to stall until I give up. Since then there's only silence. DO NOT BUY!!!

I placed my order in May and it still hasn’t arrived 5 months later…. The company haven’t offered a refund or any real customer service to help track my items. I paid quite a hefty amount for delivery too - more than the items!! I would recommend using a different company.

I ordered a wall tapestry on 28 January 2024 and it is now 8 February 2024. On the website, it shows my order is still on the ‘accepted’ page on the tracking order. It hasn’t even been shipped yet, am I being scammed?

If I could give Royal Furnish a 0 I would. I placed an order for 5 Boho Hand Painted Wall hooks 12 February 2023. On 17 March my order had not been delivered, but stated it had. Turned out they had sent the package to an incorrect address - to "no street address provided" Why they would send it without getting an address is beyond me. I have been emailing them regularly since as they advised that the parcel would be returned to them and they would provide a refund once received. It has now been almost 3 months since I placed the order and it is unlikely to be returned, yet they still are not refunding me - which is against the law in NZ according to the NZ consumer guarantees act for is an item goes missing or is sent to the wrong address. Very frustrating. Do not buy from this company!!!

Am glad to use ur's products. Just take many days to received package. But next time ut is good to rembermer me to book goof time.

The quality is great and the colours are beautiful

No refund if your order doesn't arrive. Be advised that this company is based in india. If your order gets lost in transit they will not assist or refund you. This is what happened to me and I have lost the money I spent with them.

This site is a scam! Do not buy here! I never received my orders... The costumor service did not reply to most of my e-mails, but when they eventually did they told me I should wait a little longer (it has been months!). Eventually, they gave me a voucher to place a my order again (why couldn't they just send it again?). I had to pay shipment costs for the second time. But also this second order was never shipped. The tracking code was not working and customer service (again!) told me I should just wait a little longer...

The product is beautiful. The colours are lovely, and the price was fair for the quality of the item. Given the world is a little complicated at the moment, I waited around 30 days for my delivery. I think that is more than fair.

The tapestry and pillows I ordered from here were absolutely beautiful! I am so happy with them. Shipping took a little while as they are shipping from India but I’m not in a hurry and the wait was so worth it as they are good quality and just lovely! I will most certainly be shopping from here again!
