So far dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I'm on hold forever when I call. One person to the next has no clue what's going on with my account. I had changed my account information and have been dealing with them to get things straightened for almost a month now and it's still HORRIBLE. I am starting to question this business and whether they will truly be able to help me.

Still pretty new to the group. I've been trying to call in for my monthly meeting. I am out in hold, being told (electronically) that I am caller one. 45 min later, I am still in hold. I have tried leaving my number, according to their prompt that a representative will call me back later. That was three days ago. I called again today and was in hold for an hour before I gave up. I'm starting to get a little leery. I found a local number and called "my" attorney directly. He wasn't in the office and I left a voice mail. Time will tell....
