Please do your homework

Please do your homework. You can‘t target a new customer group and wrecking your USP: A Tutorial!

What I experienced: Now I have a product where my hapiness went from 10/10 to -10/10 . I have to bring this this kit back into the store, ( of course absolutely no pian at all, because I like to go back into the store for fun) explain why this product should be taken out of the shelves until its improved (also no pain at all) and taking my money back.

Guys your Samurai Sakura Kit with tutorial could sky rocketing. Stop making fancy surfer videos and create a real Tutorial.

I give you my view of what the new user wants:

Learning about: perspective, volume, color technique, proportions, layering and thats what the tutorial is supposed to be alligned with. Imagine someone holds the picture what he drew, from your tutorial, in his hand and it looks like the original one from the Artist!

Stop these weird camera angles and the music has to be gone. Give a real step by step guide: Take the Korpacademy as an example. Let the Artist talk what he is doing why he is doing it. Keep one Camera Angle, always from above!

I will change my rating, when you’re willing to improve the tutorials and make it an awesome product with a great experience!

Great Customer Service

I wrote to the UK office with an issue I had with one of their pens. They went out of their way to contact their italian distribution company who sent me a replacement. That is exceptional service that should be rewarded. If you are looking to buy any art supplies and want to deal with a responsible company that looks after their customers, try them, you will not be dissapointed.
