The item I ordered was nothing like it was described or pictured ill fitting dreadful products I have requested a refund I have requested a return label knowing the postage cost will be my responsibility but no reply I believe this company is a con and that I will have to accept the loss of my funds Valuable lesson

Took my money without sending an Order Confirmation, fortunately I screen shot the Order on my phone. I emailed them three times for an Order Update but no reply. I sent them the same request via Messenger and no reply. I posted on their FB page with no reply. They stole my money.

The present was for an 11year old girl as her Birthday present and she was so upset on her Birthday because I had to tell her that the present had not arrived (I ordered it one month in advance with peiority delivery).

If they replied with an estimated time then fine, at least I would know, but nothing. The website seems well put together but thats about it I think. Of all the things to scam someone for, it had to be childs Birthday present!

The only reason I pressed one star is because it was the only way to be able to write a review.
I purchased a pair of slippers for Planters Fasciitis. They are described as soft leather with a durable sole that offers pain relief.
They arrived on Wednesday. They were like a pair I would purchase at Dollarama.

After writing customer service for a return label and a refund this was the response I received;

Our goods are fully in line with the description and needs of customers when purchasing."

Take it from me, as I failed to read the reviews of this site! That was my first mistake.

One star is toooooo much! The item arrived broken because of horrible packing. They blew me off after several attempts to gain a reply from them! Terrible company with terrible customer support!!!

Yes, I purchased hair oil from this company that they advertised as the name brand "Allurium" but when I received it, there was some no name label on these tiny, 1 oz bottles. They pulled a bait and switch! I paid WAY too much for that oil to stand for that so, I'm contacting BBB, etc. but like someone said, they are in China!

I ordered the Star Trek model, which was nothing like the picture or description. It came from China with no good packaging. It came disassembled and the parts rubbing together caused dings, and nicks and scraped paint from a poor paint covering. The screws did not fit the tapped holes, and the parts did not line up well. No instructions with the product. In reality this is a useless product. I have no way to even begin assembly, let alone complete it--then it would have to be properly painted. This item is junk. I feel there was no real intention to offer a valued product like they claim. I would never again buy anything from this company, especially if it came from China.

Total scam. Not what I ordered.

Item was received in a dozen pieces. Followed up three separate times via email asking for a replacement and got no response. I provided pictures of the damaged item and I made it clear this was a gift and it was important I replaced it.

After the third attempt and still receiving no response, I felt putting a one star review would be the best approach.

This is a bogus site. All out of China. Do Not Be Tricked!

C/S tel.# belongs to a lady in Kansas, not associated with the company.She receives 5 calls a day from disgruntled customers. No response on email. Total fraud and rip off. Company tracked to London, Mexico and Indonesia. Never use this company!

The Star Trek Enterprise Scale Prop Replica Model is worthless. Nothing like the advertised pictures. The screw holes don't line up. I needed to bend the pylon to even get it close. What was supposed to be a printed or decal Enterprise 1701 name designation was actually hand written in black marker. A total waste of time. Garbage.

The product I was sent was so poorly made that I couldn't assemble it....missing parts...no instructions...so poorly made that I eventually had to just throw it out...avoid this company at all costs

The product they shipped out to me didn't resemble what I'd ordered in the slightest. It was cheap and awful. I suspect they're taking photographs of products from other retailers and using them instead of the stuff they've actually got. Beware and avoid.

Ordered Oct 9th. 2weeks later, still have no confirmation of shipping.
They have ignored my last 2 email asking for shipping info or a refund. 4 days later still no response. Ran a Google for the item I ordered and found it on two other sites. All three sites are using the same pictures showing the item. Those two sites are listed on a couple of scam reports. I'm going to call this a scam site and hope Paypal will honor their guarantee, and refund for no delivery.
