I ordered roses from Tuincentrum Lottum, a town very well known of course for its quality roses, and they delivered just that, quality roses, with exceptional quality service. I could not have wished for anything better!

Excellent plants and wide selection to choose from. Good communication via email. I bought 9 roses from them and I'm now looking for space to buy more in spring :)

Exellent roses. Ordered and 4-5 days later they send shipping confirmation and it then took 4 days before they arrived here in Denmark. Good rose plants - damp in a plastic bag and a sturdy cardboard box. I doubt you can get so good and nice bareroot roses at so good prices elsewhere. And there is a very good selection of roses to chose from. So looking forward to ordering again in the fall and next spring.

I bought 14 roses at the beginning of October 24 and received a confirmation about the delivery at the end of November. The order was delayed, and there was no communication from the seller, so I had to chase it up. Now at the end of February, all my roses are showing a lot of new shoots so I am getting excited. Would I recommend the business? yes, I would, however, I will also let people know that customer service is not the best, so they will make an informed decision. Hopefully, CS will improve soon.

Ordered twice ,best store so far,first time order had a lot choices,second time less .just wish shipping cost is cheaper for Belgium in the future.for example over 80euro free shipping maybe?

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered some bare root roses a few months back, well knowing that I wouldn't get them right away. It said on the website that the roses should have been delivered to my destination country from October till mid November. I have not heard a single thing even though I have sent countless emails and inquiries. I am really disappointed because I just wanted some lovely new roses and I can't even get a simple reply.
I am considering canceling my order and getting a refund as I haven't even been notified that it's on its way. But I probably won't even get a response to the refunding inquiry.
Such a disappointed this site, as the roses looked lovely and the selection looked to be excellent.

Ordered 14 bare root roses from Tuincentrum in spring, including several David Austins. The roots were mostly well developed but the stems seemed to have been badly treated, with lots of scrapes and damages and the thorns aggressively sheared off. The quality of the David Austins was particularly poor, with thin stems, half of which were dead and had to be snipped off. I wrote to customer service, whose only advice was to cut the roses down even further. I had sent photos as proof but received a reply only after following up almost two months later. Was offered replacement upon my next order but I have asked for a refund and again received no reply. Disappointed in the customer service.

Large healthy looking roses, with lot of roots, and at the best prices I could find.
Will defiantly buy from them again
