I had a mistake to shop online with ROZETKA

To be honest, I was very surprised by the section of this online store... There are very few reviews (even though it's the largest online store in the country) and half of them are mostly negative. I want to say that the website is very user-friendly and simple, there is nothing unnecessary and everything is intuitive. I like it. That the site has a lot of reviews and comments on most products. Moreover, the reviews are different. The registration procedure is standard. After ordering on the website SMS with confirmation of ordering comes to my cell phone, and a few hours later the operator calls back. The site officer once again clarifies the order and your data, and discusses all the details of delivery and payment.

You can also call the operator and place the order yourself by phone. The hotline phone numbers are listed on the site. Despite everything, I definitely recommend this online store, which has more than once saved me money and time!

In my opinion the best online store in Ukraine, like a supermarket. Continiosly use this store, recommend.

Never again! My first time expirience. Ordered UPS. Despite the fact that I changed twice city from Kiev to Zaporizhia, at some point it became again Zaporizhzhia.
And guess what? There is no feedback form, ypu may not contact them. No phone number, viber, telegram, nothing. How to contact? And no way to correct/edit order or send message online

UPDATE: Eventually I was able to sort it out, but it was not easy. They do have telegram bot.
Which apparently works only on iphone. And you better need ukrainian som card and set it in the telegram.
So, after one hour messaging on telegram (responses take 10-15 minutes) I was able to correct it.

Nice store. I often buy online, I recommend this store. Great selection, good prices.

Horrible service. I met blind person on the street who asked me the way to "Rozetka" near "Ukrposhta" on Maydan of Independence in Kiev. I have accompanied him to the door of "Rozetka" and thought security at the door will take him over and request assistance for limited sight customer over the radio to the appropriate colleague's. When I asked him could he call for support to assist customer with limited vision and sight he said "it is not his job" !!!!!!!! I asked him could he call for support over his radio he did not reply to me and ignored me. It is appalling!!!!!! It happened on the 28 of April 2021 at 13:12

Everything is great! I got my order in time and bought it much cheaper than other websites offer!

Great online store, with pickup points over the city. They always sent everything in time and safety. Very cosily! Recomend!

This is the third order in a row that was missing one or more items. When we talked with the delivery people they accused us of stealing the item and not wanting to pay for it. When customer service was called they stated that they would return the call after they investigated the issue. Still waiting on the return call.
I am no longer going to do business with this company. I will spend more money on the same items before I deal with this company again.

Cancellation is impossible with them.

it is expensive to buy small and cheap products because the delivery costs the same as the product. Rozetka should collaborate with Nova Poshta and make the delivery free. Otherwise, I have to save products in my Wishlist and wait for half a year until I get many products to send via one delivery.

I never had any problems with this company, they have very good and wide range of products and all fine overall, I am not sure who is posting bad reviews, they always sent everything in time and that was it no matter what. Nova poshta - as well.

Ordered something on 4/29, they said it will be there at 5/2. Its 5/6 now and they still didnt send it, they said it will be sent on 5/2and they called and said sorry it will be send on 5/6.
Now its 5/6 nova poshta is closed and they didnt send.
They lied to me in the face twice.
Dont order from these liars unless you wanna wait for a month, if i ordered my stuff from amazon it would be here right now...

The message in Viber invited to receive my order 196662501 from the collection point 12.12.18 There were no other notifications for this order. When I came, it turned out that one item has not been delivered to them yet. I spent my time in vain. When I went to the website to leave a review, there was no contact form. Only phone numbers of the support. Well I already spent so much time! Bad service, be prepared
