The car had one small issue within the first week, which was all covered and fixed in day by the warranty. There was great communication during this time as well. The car has been a dream ever since. This place was recommend to me and I purchased a Mercedes C Class. The service I received from start to finish was amazing. The salesman was professional, very helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. He never made me feel pressurised at any point. He answered all my questions honestly and helped me find a car for my budget and needs. The was cleaned to the highest standard and I was very impressed with the service.

Bought a BMW 4 series convertible from here, it was one of the cheapest in the country but didn’t have a scratch dent or ding on it, the wheels were freshly refurbed and engine mint, the lads were really friendly and helpful with the finance side of things too. Owned it a few months now and haven’t had a single problem with it. Best dealership in the North great group of lads!!

Got a Tiguan from this place a few months back. The lads were very helpful and sorted finance and tax and everything for me. The car was mint without a scratch on it and has been lovely ever since. Have already recommended this place to my friends and family and will definitely be coming back for my next one!

Car arrived with engine light on and multiple faults! Garage said they would pay for rectification this was 2 months ago. No communication from them at all! Even though they asked for the bill to be sent again as first one they hadn’t got. I couldn’t drive it for 4 weeks. Mot had only been done with no faults, drop links hanging off, brake pads to metal. One tyre on rear wrong size and fronts down to cords on the inner edges. All images and videos were sent to them. Was told it was serviced ( oil black) new service book stamped from a garage that doesn’t exist, saying timing belt was done. would be great if they actually got in touch (Red Audi A1) even to at least pay part of the bill . Terrible service .

We purchased a 2013 Audi Q3 S-Line TDI on November 13th 2024. Looking over the car before purchase, it had oil leaks all over the top of the engine. The oil level smell was of oil that had a lot of carbon and was very thin, which indicated of being 3-4 yrs old. Rick the manager stated the oil had just been changed, which I beg to differ. While on road test, the check engine and glow plug light appeared, sending fault codes to the ECM. To cut a long story short, it took 4 times for RS Commercials and Cars to repair the defects. The repairs was performed by a qualified Audi VW repair shop but, NOT an Audi Certified dealer. Keep well away from this car sales, as I am sure they will rip a lot of customers of their hard earned money.
