The website is very buggy, I received a notification that I completed the course but nothing has being saved and I cannot book the exam as it still showing my course is incomplete. Sent 2 emails no reply, called several times and the call didn't go through. Is this a scam?? Terrible experience.
I became a member of RSPH having completed a course that they accredited. Since being a member, there have been issues with direct debit payments being incorrectly taken from my account and not being refunded. Furthermore, trying to get a response to emails is virtually non-existant for general enquiries. Respk ses to specific matters are extremely slow. If I hadn't qualified for a 12 months free membership I would have cancelled this.
