Worst company ever. Run from Michelle and Katie. If they are talking, it’s likely double talk. Not an honest bone in the RSS company. Items from Seattle were shipped to Norfolk VA then put on a boat to Portugal. RSS claimed customs took control. Our container was ravaged, items stolen and remainder of items repacked were damaged. RSS refused to investigate or provide necessary info until two different government agencies got involved. Federal Maritime Commission made RSS reimburse $1440.00 Additional fee for customs because Customs NEVER looked at the container. Once in Portugal we has problems communicating with the RSS agent, resulting in an additional $1,000 fee for additional drayage. Please use another carrier. Once RSS is paid, you are on your own until they bill extra fees for No good reason and hold your items hostage until they bill extra extra fees are paid. Best advice is Any company other than RSS.

I chose RSS LLC for our move to Paris because of multiple recommendations I received from expats on online message boards. I am very pleased with the services received and extremely impressed with their professionalism and can see why they are so highly recommended by others that have moved to France.

I initially requested pricing through some website online and was contacted by at least 10 different companies. I was not at all impressed after speaking with representatives from these companies. I wasn't convinced that they really knew what they were talking about because each one seemed to give me different information. A friend suggested I join one of the expat groups on Facebook to see if people in the group had any recommendations. One name kept coming up so I reached out to them. I have just completed my move and used RSS LLC on the recommendation of the members in the expat group. Everything with my move went well and I highly recommend RSS LLC to those looking to move to France.

I recently moved from Ohio to Germany and after much research, I decided to go with RSS, LLC to ship my belongings. From the sales process with Kate Deluca to the planning process with Michelle Bergmann to the pick-up and drop-off, every person did an excellent job of making sure that all my items were safely and securely packed, loaded and shipped.

I can't begin to imagine how complicated it is to coordinate a move like mine when you have to find people all over the world to meet your standards. Congratulations! From the movers in Cleveland to those in Berlin, everyone was professional and friendly. It must be very satisfying for you to know you are orchestrating successful move.
