Recommended by local enthusiasts I booked my Cayenne in to investigate and repair a leak in the panoramic roof, special mention to Adam for his expert guidance and advice, and Joey in the workshop who carried out the video appraisal on work required, extensive repair and reassembled the headlining and interior trim perfectly as if nobody had been in there, very happy indeed and won’t hesitate revisiting R-Tec in future for servicing, repairs and accessory fitting, thank you team ☺️👍

I have been using Rtec for quite a few years as my old car had lots of issues and I have always felt listened to and fully informed of any work needed and the costs. The staff have always been welcoming and I have developed a trust in them that is difficult to find with many places and services. I highly recommend using them, their premises are also a huge asset as it provides customers with comfortable places to sit and wait if needed. Thanks and I will continue being a loyal customer.

Ihave been taking my cars to R TEC for some years now. From a GTI golf to an Audi TT and now to an Audi S1. Each time I have gone there the staff have been excellent and very professional. The new building and the workshop are superb and it is a credit to Richard for investing in such a car place who are very reliable.
A special thanks goes to Lee and Nathan as over the years they have made me feel very welcome and as long as I have a car that they can service there is no other garage in Swansea I would go to.
Finally they do a lovely hot chocolate !!.

I bought an Audi S7 about 6 months ago and haven't known where in the Swansea area to take it for servicing and on-going maintenance. I carried out research as best i could and read reviews etc from various different places all claiming to be familiar with Audi's. R-Tec was one of those places i reviewed and as they are based in Llansamlet, Swansea I went to visit them. I was greeted by Elliot who was extremely warm and friendly and was willing to spend time with me talking about the way they deal with a car they've not serviced before. Health checks, which include a very useful video of the underside of the car and then made available to its owner, were carried out first and any problems found would be highlighted in order of priority to the cars owner. Indications of charges would be given at this point and Elliot was willing to provide comparisons between using main dealer parts and good quality after market products. I was introduced to Jack and Richard (Richard I believe to be the owner) who were both equally friendly and communicative. The identified work needed to my car, which I'd been able to see via the aforementioned video, was chatted through with me together with the potential costs and the work was then carried out. The standard of the work was really good and the car was treated with respect and looked after in their care. I intend to maintain my existing Audi's service history and will continue to take it to R-Tec in Llansamlet so that over time Elliot & Jack can become familiar with the car and the work already carried out and any further work needed in the future. I have not been to R-Tec in Gorseinon and so this review relates to R-Tec in Llansamlet and I would strongly recommend the guys in Llansamlet who I'm sure would look after your pride & joy.

This is the second time I have used the R-Tech garage in Swansea Road.
The staff and service was absolutely brilliant as well as being very professional, helpful and caring.
Really reasonably priced.

We shall definitely be using them again and they come highly recommended.
