Wish I could give a "0"! Two agents appeared to appraise our house. They made themselves comfortable and tried way too hard to be friends... we said we are interested in one property they had listed , from then on, we were advised if we didn't list with them we 'probably' wouldn't get the property we wanted!! DODGY as they come.. STAY AWAY!!

RT Edgar Albert Park - absolutely abysmal! Wanted to bid on a property, didn't bother to respond & when the agent (Director? haha!) finally did - gave me all the wrong information as he got the wrong property. All the reasons why real estate has such a bad name!!! My advice: STAY AWAY!!!

Don’t go to RT Edgar Toorak. Find this agent for my parents( who can not speak English) on the internet. Before they coming for Valution.I send messages must have an Chinese sales agent to handle the whole job. The Chinese agent Helena chow only coming the first day for sign the contract. And then disappear. Never coming for open inspections and even the auction day. Her name is on the exclusive auction authority. How my parents do not know any English deal with this. And she later said she only do translation not the agent for this job. The agent is Oliver and Abby.She don’t have responsibilities. And for our anger. She delete us from the we chat!
When they ( 3 people) coming to Valution they told to my parents will easy to sell 1.5M before Christmas. The exclusive auction authority writes 1.2-1.3M is for solicit the buyer. They( Oliver / Abby / Helena) are liar. Misinformation . Misleading. Bullying my parents senior citizen and from China.
The biggest faults.They charge $6000 something for the advertising. And they put wrong bedroom number on there. 2 instead 3. And wrong carports number as well. Until auction day I find that. In China I can not view real easter.com.au. For the Front boards my parents want some house photos. They did not listen. And only put a green land. The house nearby station is wrong.... So many faults careless! Waste our time and fail to sold our house far far away the $1.5 if they coming the first day said the price they can sell is 1.1-1.2M!! Their is $400000 gap. my parents will not put on the market. It is defrauding customer. And when they ask for the Adv fees. 300 something more than on the authority! And Abby threaten me if not pay. They are the most powerful agent in the Toorak. Be careful your life. I swear to god. All the information here is true. And I have the conversation written and phone call evidence. And I am happy to go to the vcat. I believe the Australia legal system is fair.
