Grant was very helpful at R T Strathpine. Lovely customer service so thanks Grant! Only disappointing factor was the delivery drivers advising they don’t know how to set up my new tv when I was advised they would.

If I could rate this 0 I would. I purchased a top of the line Surface Pro i7 ($2700?) and I will never ever ever go back to those guys again, what a joke!

Incompetent at every stage & level.

Spent 2 weeks trying to find part numbers (that I provided at least twice) all studies now on hold due to no device.

Spent another week with no news whatsoever as to when or where I would be seeing my Surface Pro 6.

Week 3- Wrong colour arrived. (The colour was the reason for the special order and was highlighted in EVERY piece of correspondence)

Contract activated $$$

Spent another week waiting for the correct colour, no one could confirm if accessories were correct colour, if the device was ordered or on its way. Staff not communicating with me at all.

Asked sales associate to escalate this issue and have a manager call me back. Never heard a thing from either.

Spoke to HQ and asked to speak to the area manager, never received a call back.

Week 4- Spoke to InRent in Adelaide to have activated account rectified as sales associate wasn’t communicating with me at all. He’d obviously got his commission and was clearly done with this sale.

Correct device arrived the following day. Thank you InRent!!

Week 5- Incorrectly charged my bank account : they totally stuffed up the direct debit forms (blamed me for not checking the fine print.)

Sales associate was notified but never returned my call, so 5 days later I contacted InRent again for help (they seem to be the only competent ones in the whole organisation)

InRent was able to fix my account, arrange a refund and rectify my direct debit.

Summary? Steer clear from RT Edwards at Strathpine. They’re completely incompetent, will keep you in the dark, and don’t communicate at all.

I received my TV from RT Edwards today , delivered by Nicholas and Noble and they were such lovely gentlemen helping set up my tv.

I have been dealing with R T Edwards for a few years ,and have always had excellent service by sales staff, and prompt delivery of good's ,by pleasant competent delivery persons,.

My tv Chris brought through in rent about 6years came to its expire date i didn't know how I was going to get a tv as i have no XTRACASH as i am pensioner so i rang inrent wh0 gave me finance with in 24hrs so iam with a tv to watch if i wasn't given this CREDIT it would be a my night life would be down graded dramatically thank you INRENT

Just had some air cons delivered by Nicholas and noble excellent guys with very good communication on deliveries .

I found them to be very help full & easy to deal with

Could not understand RT edwards' policy about being there in person to receive the item and no one else could receive item even if I authorize them (not even hubby). It's not always convenient if you work full time to be there to receive delivery.
Or what if I ordered an item and got it delivered to an alternative address as a gift perhaps.?

What amazing, friendly and helpful staff at the Clifford Clifford Gardens store in Toowoomba! Alex and Don have helped me out several times over the years and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
