Rubber4roofs have always provided a fast and efficient service every time I've used them. From my experience, and as a novice to fitting EPDM, they are always happy to give sound advice whenever needed. The customer service from Kieran and Josh both on the phone and at the collection desk has been great every time. Look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

I have used the company for a number of projects now and found them to be very efficient and always on time. The products are great and very easy to use and if you ever get stuck they have some great videos to help guide you through most scenarios.

Swift and a professional service, easy to work with will certainly use again.

I have been using Rubber 4 roofs now for a while and I highly recommend them. Tom and his staff have a vast knowledge for anyone from D.I.Y novice to seasoned tradesmen. Stock supply seems to be consistent, Even during lockdown they managed to come up trumps where other suppliers failed. After advice from Matt it seems phoning in beforehand and pre-ordering is definitely the best way to go to avoid unexpected waits during busy periods.
All in all. Top service. Best prices I've found regionally and extremely helpful.

I placed a order for Shed Rubber Roof Kit - SkyGuard® on 29/11/2022.

I was reassured I would get my goods today 5/12/2022 as a re-delivery, for some reason the goods were not received on the Friday 2/12/2022 despite having 24/7 presence at the property, DPD left a card with a code so I can track and trace the parcel, for some reason I could not track this online, I informed the company via email that unable to track my goods using DPD code provided.

Called today 5/12/2022 twice, early morning at 8.57am spoke to a CS advisor who reassured me that after she spoke to DPD, goods will be arriving today and that they are being loaded onto the van. I then verified my mobile number discovered it was incorrect (my bad), was informed DPD will notify via text when they are arriving. Afternoon no sign of DPD called the company again and asked for a delivery status update, explained as I did in morning I am expecting to commence roof work tomorrow morning, only this time once again corrected the mobile number after me verifying it, was told by the CS Advisor she will call back with a update. Soon after I received a text from DPD (they must of read my mind) stating "As Requested" we will now deliver your goods next day 6/12/2022. Unbelievable.

The CS Advisor was not helpful in providing a explanation as who requested the delivery for next day, I felt misled to believe I would received the goods today, what a inconvenience of time and disruption to project and distress.

The conflicting aspect of the communication from the company was being told in the morning that the goods are being loaded onto the van to then being told "As requested" (still baffled by who?) where did the goods go from them being loaded onto the van?

Complaint was logged, project now on hold subject to goods being received.

You can see everything but fail to answer or provide a explanation of misleading information and not delivering on a date that was re-scheduled for re-delivery. Just for the record, your CS did not resolve anything nor did they update me with any factual information. It's even degrading when you just respond with a blanket response and not actually address customer queries direct.

Roof had 3 holes in it after just 5 years, I even bought the 1.5mm version!

Pointless 20-year guarantee as they claimed the hole was "not a failure in the rubber itself." whatever that means.

Also tried claiming it wasn't their product, when clearly it is and had to provide evidence and more photos.

Still didn't do anything, sound like they are being helpful then ignore all emails, telephone calls and communication.

Avoid.

Excellent customer service, from order to completion. Great quality product. Do not hesitate to order.

Message I am 1 in the Q from 1st seconds there message and music on is torture sending me 2 tins with no quatity information on the tin
and They did not have 1 lt tin and send me 2 tins but with not information on the tin I did noy know they did because they fill the tin just rubish service ( 59 m on phone) and not do my work.Risada

Great customer service and fantastic product.

The membrane supplied looks good quality but for god sake don't make my mistake. Ordered the size required and that was how it come. No extra for any overhang. Got told by customer service that I had 2 options. Order another and send the one back for a 65% refund or order another peice and join it. I opted to by a new full peice. They then charged £15 delivery for the new membrane and I also had to send the old one back (£20 hermes) bearing in mind the courier for the new peice come straight from Coventry and couldve easily collected the old peice and took it back to the depot. Dont make the £200 mistake I've just made.

And while we are on the subject. The trims supplied do not come nicely boxed and wrapped up to prevent scratches like you see on the videos. You get a bit of cling film on either end to keep them together.

I wont be passing any good feedback on to others regarding this company

Poor company, customer service is vague promise you this and that deliveries don't turn up. Delivery of EPDM glue turned up smashed to pieces, rubber roof didn't even arrive, chased and new box of glue was sent out damaged again.

Rubber roof didn't arrive for the second time, chased for the third time roof finally arrived over 6 days late. Trims which were ordered arrived damaged, sent pictures of all damage, was then interrogated and asked to take millions of pics of damage.

£650 order all damaged and was offered £15 discount as a good will gesture. Pathetic

We have used Rubber 4 Roofs for many years, and will continue to do so .
Every one is struggling with demand /deliveries / supply and Rubber 4 roofs are doing a marvellous job in these difficult times, they are quite simply the best.

So impressed with R4R. Ordered a kit for a 5x3m garden room I am building. Cheapest I could find. The website didn't say anything about corners or joiners etc.. I called R4R and they said everything was included. The kit arrived within 2 days (can't remember exactly) with everything in good condition and plenty of the glues. I was a first time EPDM roofer and 64 years old. Everyone said it was a two man job. I agree, but I managed to do it on my own and am delighted with the results. Thank you R4R and also to Ali D for the recommendation.

Had a bit of a bumpy start but once Kiam got on the case from customer service he made sure my order was sorted out and delivered next day! Great product great company and great staff.

I ordered a shed roof kit 2 months ago and have finally managed to get the job done. The kit arrived promptly. The EPDM rubber supplied was the correct size and there was plenty of adhesive. I followed the installation instructions to the letter and as a result I now have a leak free shed. The rubber is easy to use but you may need an extra pair of hands if you are covering a shed roof greater than 8 x 6. Customer services were excellent when I had to contact them about an issue. So overall an excellent company, product and customer services.

Their website is excellent, and as a very practical person without roofing skills, I allowed their online calculator to work out the exact bits and pieces needed. I was happy with the stock availability and the price paid. The email comms were good and suggested I check the contents of the delivery before signing so as to keep everything transparent.

I ran an errand the following day and arrived home to find the stuff (£860) on my door step. This is the reason why 4 stars and not 5 have been given - I had received no email advising of dispatch, nor any estimate of delivery window, nor any communication whatever from the haulage company. A bit dissapointing, and had I had comms, I would not have ran the errand. But I was delighted the order had arrived the next day.

So I checked all the stuff, and to my great dismay, the cardboard box containing the adhesives and clips was a diabolical gluey mess. Clearly, everything had been packaged extremely carefully before dispatch (everything taped up, cling-filmed, bubble wrapped as appropriate), but the box had obviously been mistreated on the way (despite being marked as fragile) as one tub of adhesive had a massive fracture and the contents now covered the entirety of the inside of the box. Fortunately it was the water based adhesive and I was able to tolerably clean up the mess.

I took photos, then phoned up rubber4roofs, received an apology verbally and was asked to send photos and email to their customer services. I received a call later from a nice lady who again apologised, arranged to send out a replacement and refunded the original transport costs by way of compensation. All of which was agreeable to me. The replacement arrived next working day before 0830.

I believe it's not always fair to judge a company badly on a mistake that is made, but perhaps to see how well they are able to rectify a mistake. On that basis I am very impressed with how easy it was to report the problem and get it fixed. I would be interested to know how many times this courier lets them down and costs them money. Obvs, I'll never know. So all in all I was very happy with my dealings with this company, but their courier (TUFFNELLS) were very bad and I will never use them knowingly. I was encouraged to see the replacement products were sent using TNT.
