I've been shopping at this site for years. I've ordered from all the big name shops, but I keep coming back here. Rubber Eva is my favorite shop by far. For me and my wife, we can always find what we want. Rubber Eva will even make a custom peice. Every single thing I've gotten from Rubber Eva has been amazing. The customer service is by far the best I've had. I just ordered a custom cape that was thick as hell and longer then she sells but custom made it. Love it and the quality is far above what I expected.

Very poor customer service. And poor quality of products. I bought a latex dress and already after a very short time the colored buttons lost the colors.

I contacted Rubber Eva and expected at least some apologies and regrets. But nothing. THey only told me to paint the buttons by myself. Tat's it.

This is the first latex item I bought from Rubber Eva and it will be my last. There a many better shops out there!

Excellent customer service before and after sales. Great quality U.K made latex clothing and a soft smooth PVC outfit. Highly recommended.

Friendly and knowledgeable service with a unique range of rubberwear. I have several made to measure items. The service has always been accurate and the clothing high quality. Particularly recommend the chlorinated latex. Delivery lead times are met and well worth the wait.

The contact with the shop is friendly until they receive your money.

If you want to be a good customer then you have to avoid their made to measure service, even if they were paying you to use it : quality is not on par with european manufacturers for a made to measure service.
Looks like it's made in China.

Took 8 weeks to have item delivered, very poor quality, sent back and still waiting for a refund NEVER AGAIN!!!!
also they keep 10% of the cost of your item when you return aniything!!! Charge you £15 for the delivery is a rubbery when they clearly pay £4.99 Royal Mail p&p!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
