After CC this review to RFW (Stefano Dixon) Suddenly I receive said email and shortly there after said refund. So I am upgrading my Star Rating.
Initial Review:
Placed an order with Rubberfeetwarehouse for their largest.... "3-316 x 1-14 Large Rubber Bumper Feet with Built-In Metal Washer - Non-Slip, and Shock Absorbing."
But the items came NOT AS DESCRIBED. no built in metal washer! Just pliable rubber with no imbedded reinforcement metal washer. So I contacted Stefano Dixon from Rubberfeetwarehouse... Who promised a partial refund. He Said that it was a listing mistake that should have been corrected! Told me I would recieve an email & $5 refund via paypal shortly. It Never came No refund. Not a man of his word. Told me what I wanted to hear just to get me off the phone! Avoid this seller as he does not follow thru with his promises! Avoid this site! Look Elsewhere!

Top notch Customer Service, something a LOT of online retailers could learn from. Would not hesitate to order from again & I say that in a positive way. They have a very specific inventory & I ordered what I needed, I do wish I had found these guys sooner, would had saved me money & grief from dealing with Amazon.
