Items ordered didn’t arrive on expected…

Items ordered didn’t arrive on expected date. After a follow up phone call I was promised delivery on another date. Since then the delivery has still not arrived and I’ve not had emails answered with an update on my delivery.

Slow to deliver and Vat issue

Slow to deliver, after I had ordered and paid asked me to pay extra for Vat reasons. I am an accountant and can’t understand why this would be, you pay Vat regardless of my status. My company is not Vat registered but that should make no difference to your accounting? so may be a difference in your country’s accounting if not, you have charged me An extra 20% for no good reason

Excellent products and service

Excellent products and service. I was seeking a very specific solution and managed to find it on stock from this supplier. The goods delivered to me were perfect for our needs and we will use them as a supplier moving forward.

Great range of products at a good…

Great range of products at a good price. Did take a bit longer to arrive (7 working days) but i think that was more down to the courier (UPS)
Updates throughout from confirmation of order to dispatch so really happy.
