If reviewing for service, then 4 stars would be appropriate. The reason I gave only 3 stars is that the product itself was not as good as expected. It was advertised as being for 12mm glass but was quite loose and failed to grip the glass as I had hoped.
It was necessary to glue on with clear silicone in order to keep in place.
