You can reach these people on the phone. You make an appointment for the machine to be picked… later you get an email with an invoice for a machine that has not be picked and also claiming that they they could not repair it , yet do come an pick you machine! Pay first!
Also when they reply finally… rude! Rude ! Rude! What a shame that as a consumer you are exposed to people like that. Shame!
They are Problem Solver. Even if they can't fix, they assured me they will find who can. But they did anyway. My wife is happy to have freshly grinded coffee every morning, I am happy.

The people from Rubinati are very passionate about repairing coffee machines. They simply love coffee machines and will always try and find a way to repair a good one. They are also very professional, responsive, and fair with their pricing.
I have had my old La Pavoni (15y+) in service by Rubinati for almost 3 years now and I am very satisfied.
I made an appointment to pick up my Siemens EQ9 for repair. The 1st time they did not come due to a problem at Dynalogic. (Error in sorting)
I contacted Rubinati by phone to schedule a new appointment. I was told Dynalogic would come the next day. Unfortunately I have not seen Dynalogic and have not received an email for the pick-up appointment.
If scheduling a pick-up already fails, the repair won't be very successful either. I canceled the appointment via email.

Wat jammer dat het transport niet lijkt te lukken.
Wanneer u bij ons een reparatieverzoek indient en hierbij kiest voor transport, leveren wij enkel de flightcase af aan Dynalogic en zij pakken het logistieke proces verder op.
Helaas hebben wij daar als Rubinati geen enkele invloed op en kunnen hier dan ook niets aan doen.
Indien u in de gelegenheid bent, mag u uiteraard altijd de machine zelf komen brengen.
