The majority of the people leaving negative comments are i am sorry to say nothing but ponces just chasing the free bonus money and then having the audacity to moan about the 10 times playthrough. Let me give you facts, 10 x playthrough is the best in the business I have ever seen. The norm is 40 x or if lucky x 30. They are just free loaders so disregard their comments. I know their verification and withdrawal is time consuming but it is all there in their terms. I have just had my documents verified and the withdrawal went ahead without any issues. Yes I have to wait maybe 10 days in total but nothing that I already did not know. If the payment had reached my bank the stars would of been 5 which I fully expect to upgrade when this comes to fruition. This report is from someone who knows a lot about online casinos and the majority of the negative comments are total hogwash. The guy who said he has not been paid £950 of which was not bonus money I cant comment because I don't know the facts. This Company have done nothing wrong and people looking for a free buck make me sick. Check back here in a couple of weeks and I am sure you will see a star upgrade, end of part one........

The money has arrived in full. This Casino/Bookie have just paid me £2500, of which £2000 was winnings THEIR MONEY. So you little 2 Bob merchants trying to blacken their name should be locked up and certainly and if my Company i would go after all you losers and sue for your libellous comments. Won a large amount of money, now they are dragging their heels on paying it out

Their withdrawal process is frustrating and convoluted. Not only is it a £2.50 charge to withdraw your money they refused to pay it back onto the card I made a deposit with. They insisted I open an Ecopayz account which then cost me a further £9 to withdraw from there. I wouldn't bother. There are more reputable bookmakers out there who will pay your money quickly and in full.

I feel the need to comment as I have used some cowboy betting sites in the past.
Won £2k and got paid 4 days later then won £4K and got paid 3 days later. Probably the best gambling website for approving documents and paying winnings without any issue.

Paying £2.50 on withdrawals is a bit harsh but you should make yourself aware of the pros and cons when you join any betting sites.

Don't use them! Withdrawal takes a long time. Says 3 business days, but they take an unreasonable amount of time. They also charge you for the privilege of withdrawing your own cash. I will be making a formal complaint about them to the gambling commission. I'm sure charging someone to withdraw money shouldn't be allowed.
Bad UX design on the app, makes the user journey very difficult.

If you are a matched bettor then from a £25 free bet you can realistically only make £8 with a lot of work to do so? service and conversation with agent is just shocking and the site itself is hard to navigate at its very best

Rubybet are part of a wider group of Malta based bookmakers (actually they are all the same company going under different names), which include - Rubybet, Gambull, Interbet, Onlinebetting Ltd, Mobilewins, 21betshop, Sports.net, and VStarbet.

They all have exactly the same layout on their website platforms, exactly the same odds, and, more importantly, the same atrocious promotions and bonuses.

OK so the promotional terms for free bets. Hold on to your hats.

1. Whatever the amount of free bet is being offered, a customer has to wager the winnings from the free bet an eye watering TEN times before it converts into cash.

2. No matter how much you earn from wagering the free bet winnings, the maximum amount that can be transferred into real cash is...wait for it....TWENTY POUNDS. Yes, that is correct. You could conceivably wager through a thousand pounds and the most you can ever win on any free bet promotion is £20.00 in real cash.

3. You cannot wager through the free bet winnings unless your real cash balance is ZERO. If you withdraw the real cash balance, the bonus is automatically CANCELLED. So the only way you can even access the free bet winnings amount is to bet your real cash balance and hope it loses.

A pretty astonishing set of terms that makes it virtually IMPOSSIBLE to gain from free bets.

As a final sting in the tail, they also charge an extortionate withdrawal fee of £2.50 per transaction. Appalling, and no reputable UK based bookmaker would levy such a charge.

So there you have it - a company that relentlessly and cynically punishes customers right from the very start and should be avoided at all costs.

Absolutely rubbish site, 2.50 charge per withdrawal and takes ages to withdraw. Embarrassing site and company.

This bet company charge you £2.50 for every withdraw.
