hi Minna, i am not sure why you would give us just 2 stars ratings. We shipped out your order 14 hours after you placed it.
If you wanted the order changed somehow, you should have called us or contacted us in some way, so we hopefully could manage to stop the order in time.
However we do our best to ship customers order super fast, and as such it can be difficult to stop the order once it has been placed.
Hope you will next time feel we do a good job, and hopefully we can deserve a few more stars :)
