Rude service at Rudell Wolverhampton from LeeRoy !
Leroy a salesperson at Rudells Wolverhampton was extremely rude to myself on the phone after I purchased a grand seiko from the store online . I asked by email and follow-up phone call for the bracelet to be adjusted . The watch was sent out without adjustment to the bracelet . I rang up to complain and received an extremely response from Lee Roy saying it was not his problem and did not apologise or take ownership .i asked to talk to the manager rather. Than this unhelpful Buffoon Lee Roy .
I have still not received a call from the Wolverhampton manager apologising for the error and salesperson behaviour ,
I will return the watch immediately because of the rude customer service .
And will also complain to grand seiko CEO Uk about the poor customer service at Rudells and state they are poor ambassador
