Avoid at all costs. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed.

I ordered a computer screen along with the offered package containing a keyboard, mousepad, mouse, and headset. I received the screen damaged and unfunctional. They forced me to return it myself by the post office instead of sending someone. I had to buy a big box and pack all the items in it and weighed no less than 20 kg. I had to carry it myself since I have no car. After more than 10 emails, reminders, and phone calls, it took them almost 3 months to reimburse me back the full amount.

No stock? Sure, we'll still take your money.

They took my order when they were out of stock already for an item. They didn't tell me this until days later. They told me the item would be back in stock on a date and would ship, that never happened. They then told me a separate date when it would be back in stock and ship, that also never happened.

They advertise 7/7 support but have no email to get a hold of customer service only a juvenile facebook chat system that has a 12 hour turn around for each response.

All I want is to know when my item will ship. Is that too much to ask a tech vendor selling tech products 10 days from the year 2021??

Bought a Laptop on the 29th of November, was mentioned it will be delivered on the 1st of December with an Express delivery option to my door. we are on the 7th of December now and still haven't heard from them yet and the status is still in preparation. tried talking to the customer service 2 times no one of them helped.

Be careful when buying a harddrive…

Be careful when buying a harddrive (with rotating disks, not ssd), the packaging is too simple. one tight cardboard box containing the harddrive, and then this cardboard box inside another one, with no damping mechanism, or bubblewrap or cornstarch elements, nothing.
2 harddrive arrived and were dead.
However exchange was very fast. so kept it a 3 star

Arnaque / Scam by Rue du Commerce et leur vendeur Digi E

Juste un message pour vous mettre en garde concernant ce vendeur Digi-E (Flat D, BLK 2, 13/F, Jubilant Place, TOKWAWAN,
00000 Hong-Kong Chine) ! J'ai acheté pour ma mère un téléphone chez eux soit disant neuf sur le site Rue du commerce le 19/09/19. On l'a reçu fin septembre, mais l'article s'avère être défectueux car l'écran devenait tout noir lorsqu'on passait un appel, et ne se rallumait plus ensuite, sans parler qu'il surchauffait sans raison.
On demande à le retourner contre un remboursement. Ils nous disent de le renvoyer à leur entrepôt en Angleterre à nos frais, ce qu'on a rapidement fait. Le 18/10 le suivi de l'envoi affiche qu'ils ont bien reçu l'article dans leur entrepôt en Angleterre, et c'est seulement le 31/10 qu'ils nous envoient un email avec des photos de notre emballage vide nous disant que le colis retourné était vide, ils nous reprochent d'avoir fait le retour avec Colissimo et nous disent de voir avec Colissimo et la police pour enquêter sur le vol! C'est vraiment de la mauvaise foi !!! Je travaille dans l'export et j'expédie des centaines de colis par an avec Colissimo partout dans le monde (même à des destinations lointaines comme l'Amérique Latine ou l'Australie) sans le moindre souci de vols ! A ce stade j'ai fait appel à RUE DU COMMERCE via leur Garantie Zen mais ils sont silence radio ... service client 0 ! On s'est fait arnaquer 153 euros.
Bref, c'est la pire expérience d'achat en ligne qu'on n'a jamais eu.
Fuyez ce site et ses vendeurs tiers!

Quick message to warn you about this vendor Digi-E (Flat D, BLK 2, 13 / F, Jubilant Place, TOKWAWAN, 00000 Hong Kong China)!
I bought for my mother a phone on the website Rue du commerce on 19/09/19. By end of September we received our order, but the item turns out to be defective because the screen went black when we make a call, and did not turn on again, not to mention that it overheated for no reason.
We asked to return it to get a refund. They told us to send it back to their warehouse in England at our expense, which we did quickly. On Oct 18 the tracking of the shipment shows that they have received the item in their warehouse, and it was only on Oct 31 that they send us an email with pictures of our empty packaging saying that the package returned was empty, they blame us for returning it with Colissimo and told us to check with Colissimo and the police to investigate the theft! It's really bad faith !!! I work in an export division and send out hundreds of parcels a year with Colissimo all over the world (even to South America or Australia) without any trouble of theft! At this point I asked Rue Du Commerce for help through their "Garantie Zen" policy which is supposed to protect the buyer in case of hidden defect, but they went deaf silent ... They scammed us 153 euros.
In short, this is the worst online shopping experience we have ever had.
Please be ware of this website and especially their vendors!

Reimbursement deliberately delayed

Bought an iPad on Dec. 21. Sent it back UNOPENED and perfectly packed on Dec. 31 through a Point Relais.
Acknowledged receipt of the item on Jan. 24 (!). Emailed me to let me know that reimbursement would take place on January 29th or 30th. No transfer done yet on February 2.
Taking more than one month to reimburse whereas no issue was raised as to the product return is not respectful of the client, nor of their terms and conditions.
I won't buy again from Rueducommerce.

Very bad service.

Very bad service.
They package your stuff very poorly. It arrives with damaged boxes.
I got my graphics card (almost 500 Euro) already opened and probably used instead of a new.
And finally they have removed my comment claiming that it is vague.
Do not buy anything from them.

I am disappointed with this shop

I am disappointed with this shop. Made a purchase for around 2000 eur and my order was cancelled. Cancel reason was that they didn’t get money, but that’s isn’t true. Purchase was made with Visa credit card, transfer completed successfully. Later I found out that transaction was authorized by bank, but within 10 days bank have not received a financial approval for the write-off from the shop. As turns out this shop is not buyer oriented.

No Product & No Money Back

The worst shopping site ever! i made a transaction for 600Euro on 02/01/2018 and the delivery was scheduled in 06/01/2018! i asked for refund on 07/01/2018 because i leaved france 07/01/2018, we are on 29/01/2018 and didnt received the money back! the support team is very bad they sent me a number of a company called COFIDIS i dont know what is it! they said your problem is with them not with us!!

This is the worst online shop ever

This is the worst online shop ever. I spend thousands of euros each month buying stuff and unfortunately I make the mistake to order and pay stuff on Rue Du Commerce. First order.. I tried paying with Visa, Amex and PayPal. All payments were refused. So I made a bank transfer and indicated the order number in the payment as instructed. The order never appeared in my account and I have still not been reimbursed the 1177,60 Euro from that order. Second order, placed and paid on the 7th of January, dispatched on the 15th. Wow. Such speed. Third order (1270 Euro) was cancelled as I allegedly didn't pay the order on time, which is not true. I actually did pay on time and I have the proof sent to them so they can match the payment with the order, but apparently the item is in high demand and I ordered it when it was on sale. Before my order was cancelled, the item was out of stock, so they cancelled my order and put up the items for sale for a higher price.
Needless to say, the only way you can communicate with the customer support is via phone on a paid hotline number. Nice way to make extra money from your customers who will definitely need to call the number if they want their order to be processed.
You can't find an email to contact them with your problem.
All in all, my story is not over as I filed a complain using the Online Dispute Resolution service of the European Commission.
I hope I will at least get my money back if not the goods I paid for.

It's horrible.

My sister tried to buy a macbook with her international card, and then after she paid with it, she had to cancel it because they demanded too many documents. so she received this email saying she wouldn't be debited for this cancelled order.

but she was actually charged for more than 1000 euros.
We contacted service client, and they told us where to send all the documents and we received an email saying they well received it. and would contact us in 48 hours. it's been much more than a week now and I've sent 5 emails without any answer from human being.
Now I am not even sure if I will get my 1000 EUROS back. i will never trust this site again. a big disappointment.

They required documentation in order to …

They required documentation in order to be able to charge my credit card. Way too much work.
At that occasion I realized several things.
- They make themselves hard to reach. The contact information (various emails) to submit the documentation were actually not working and you are sent through another process.
- They don't offer a simple way to cancel an order . You have to individually cancel each item.
- Since they are an aggregator for some items (like Amazon) it is actually easier to just go by on the actual merchant website, which actually ends up being a better experience, with more chances for a lower price or a cheaper shipping option.
Also what bugged me is that they strongly advertise delivery to a Carrefour, which is not available for all items.

TERRIBLE. Lost my order. Said they can't do anything as I called later than 1 week although I called within the first 3 days. Spoke to someone else they apologised said I'd receive an email and correct their error. Been 3 months now No item, no refund, terrible service and communication.
