I was a bit sceptical but my lab loves her ruffle snuffle mat. Delivery time was spot on, communication was clear and I am overall very happy with experience. Matt arrived with a little instruction how to introduce it to you pet, but my lab knew straight away was she was doing 😁 Love it
I ordered 1 mat from this company that arrived quite quickly but then I ordered 3 as presents and despite numerous emails to the company and phone calls they refused to reply......I got sent an email to say the mats were sent out but I never received them within the 14 days promised and they never looked into this for me either so I have lost all that money and have no mats....
We purchased a ruffle snuffle magic, snuffle mat for our 5 month old puppy. What a fantastic product!! We had used another snuffle mat before but our dog found it a bit boring. Ruffle Snuffle mats are hand made by a small business, they are excellent quality that are deep to allow treats to be well hidden that allows your dog to have to really sniff for a long time to find them all. We would highly recommend their products.
