Delivery on time and excellent quality of rugby top. However couldn't get the top over my grandsons head. Had to return the top to the local shop. No issues. Awaiting refund.
As always whenever I deal with rugby heaven whether online or in store service is fantastic. I mainly go in to store in Cwmbran as staff are always helpful and prefer face to face.

Really disappointing experience
Really disappointing experience. Ordered a pair of boots for my ten year old. His very first pair of new boots that he picked out himself. Paid for tracked delivery 1-2 days. On second day I had an email saying they actually didn’t have any in stock “would you like these instead?”. Luckily I managed to get the same pair on Amazon so he’ll have them for his match on Sunday. We won’t use them again.

Shop manager was very sarcastic, I didn't know about the barcode having to stay on label. The way he spoke to me as if I was a child. So therefore I don't think I will be shopping at Rugby Heaven again.

Customer service above and beyond
Royal Mail messed up my delivery before Xmas. But Rugby Heaven sorted it all out,cancelled the order, secured the items in-store and gave us a hassle free exchange, all while letting us know what was happening.

Item arrived in a damaged box due to…
Item arrived in a damaged box due to poor packaging for postage. I was offered a replacement, however, I was concerned the same thing would happen again. I was then offered 10% but this amounted to such a tiny amount it wouldn’t have covered the cost of postage, processing by RH or worth my time and effort, and that’s before you consider the environmental cost or the cost of returning damaged goods to the manufacturer.
Very poor - do better Rugby Heaven.
