Good quality and good service

Very pleased with product arrived promptly

Great selection of products at the Cwmbran shop but the manager Andrew lets the shop down massively! His arrogant and patronising attitude towards his customers when it was clear our goods were faulty is just not acceptable , he is completely unaware that his behaviour is restricting consumers rights and will possibly end up getting this business in trouble if he continues to behave the way that he does ! Due to my experience with this manager I will not be spending another penny with this company which is a shame because this company was our go to retailer!

Ordered a rugby vest, the label peeled off after one wear. Emailed company and they said to send it back and they would give a replacement (I had to pay the delivery myself). No reply until I then chased it up and then they refused to give a replacement. Terrible experience.

I suspect the vest was a fake. Avoid.

Wouldn’t go near them, I bought a top and no sign of it for weeks upon weeks. When I queried it they said after looking into it and they don’t know where it was. They said they’d refund me and I am still waiting a few months for it that’s even sending them a reminder to refund me I am still waiting. Very poor I must say

I picked out some cool looking kit and they sent quickly. I don't actually know how to improve the performance.

Parcel not received!!!! - Rugby heaven customer services replied to my email once and have not had a response since.
Royal mail tell me to contact rugby heaven and rugby heaven tell me to contact royal mail. No one wants to take accountability or help.
After lots of exhausting chasing Royal mail finally said they will look in to it but im not getting any hopes up this was part of a birthday gift which has now been and gone…. No item - no money back, absolutely disgusting.
Luckily my order was only approximately £11 (which im still going to lose by the looks of it!!!) but I would not rely on delivery of anything expensive. Absolutely Abysmal service- they have their payment so they just don't care.
I strongly advise to Avoid delivery option. Pick up from store. Thanks for nothing Rugby Heaven !

I ordered 2 vests costing £52.98. One vest (Patagonia Gauchos Men’s Rugby) was sized XL. The other (Oxen Army ARU Fiji Men’s Training Vest was sized 2XL. The XL fit fine. The 2XL was actually smaller than the XL so clearly the sizing was out and hence was too small. I requested an exchange and given how the sizing was incorrect, I would have expected Rugby Heaven to do the decent thing and cover the return postage costs. They refused to take any responsibility and refused to cover the postage - no explanation. Total lack of accountability and customer service!

Quick delivery, too quality item very happy

Less than 2 months after purchasing a pair of trainers the soles are almost worn out at the front - I contacted customer support last week and was asked how many miles I had walked - I’ve heard nothing back since, despite responding and sending another email. I’ve bought vastly cheaper trainers previously and never had this issue in such a minute amount of time; I don’t use them for running/ jogging and wouldn’t in a million years expect such short term use out of a pair of shoes that cost £121.50! I’d have to run 20 miles a day for that kind of wear, and Forest Gump I am not!

Shoes delivered quickly and safely. I’m happy with my purchase and the price I paid for them!
