Overall a great result. Same quality as previous orders. Just a little bit damaged by not being rolled evenly. Crease is settling with weights / re-rolling, but something that could be addressed at packaging rather than by customer.

I Have bought 4 rugs made to measured and they are great

Received the rug and laid it out today. Its exactly as I pictured. Its an indoor / outdoor rug. Communications were excellent through the process. It was packaged well for delivery.

The area rug came out beautiful. The colors look exactly like they did on the computer and the rug is so plush, you just sink in. Love it!

I chose this company because of the ability to get a non standard size rug made up to fit my exact dimensions.

Found a design that I liked that had a mixture of wool and "artsilk" which I didn't click at the time meant artificial silk, ie rayon. I mistakenly assumed that if they were selling it, it was ok. I asked about how easy the rugs were to clean and was given some general standard tips.

Cue a week after delivery I notice where my feet go on the rug that already the fibres are starting to go funny. They have lost their shine that was the appeal of them. They look dead and flattened. In the space of a week. So no more bare feet on the rug that I paid ££££ for. We've scotchgaurded it to see if that will make a difference to the rest of the rug, but from what I've seen it's only a matter of time that the whole rug looks cheap. And it certainly wasn't that. They shouldn't have sold it to us with rayon. It should all have been wool. But they were obviously only looking after making as much money as they could from us.

I have ordered area rugs in the past and some of mine have been with me for almost 5+ years and still look great and one is a high traffic runner in my main hall. My last purchase included a entryway rug and two smaller ones to replace older rug couture rugs in front of my doorways leading to my patio. I have been disappointed in the new rug purchases. The quality of the yarn and rugs does not seem to be the same as my old ones. I can tell they will not live up to the vacuum on the edges like the older ones and that is too bad. The entryway rug has several pills developing that I can't even remove with a shaver or razor :(. I never had this with my previous rugs. I love the creativity of creating my own style of rug, but will think again before ordering. I wish the quality was still there.

Whole process seamless. From sending samples, personalising the design colours, order process, sample of design in own dimensions, picture of finished product etc. Have yet to receive the rug so unable to review the finished product. But to date very happy with the service.

Excellent communication and service. I really liked being sent photos of the finished product before it ships.

Very pleased with my rug. The color matched the samples previously received. After purchase and email confirmation it was a while before receiving anything but right when I was told it would be completed I received word that it was done and pictures were included. Shipping information followed about a week later and everything arrived perfect.
Would definitely use them again!
