Very good service. Straightforward process and good communications throughout. Finished product is excellent. Would use again.

The rug quality is very good and that's the only reason why l gave it 2 stars,be extremely careful when picking colours. I would definitely advise that you send for the Pom Pom samples when you have decided. l did not realise that you could do that to my detriment, my runner when it arrived was NOT the colours l expected, they were much much lighter and the one colour was no where near what I picked. Because it's tailored to your requirements you can not send it back. One last thing, do not expect the delivery to be in the 4 to 6 week time slot, mine took just over 9 weeks to arrive.

This is the second rug I have ordered and again this company did not disappoint. Great choice of styles that you make your own by picking the ACTUAL colours you like. Exceptional customer service - they held my rug for me as I was away on holiday and then arranged a convenient delivery day for me. Highly recommend this company.

They have sent colour samples and they were exactly the same as on rug.
The rug is very well made and very safely packed.

Great Service.. Great product. Was a little wary of the process of choosing colours & design but the whole service proved to be excellent.

Good product, reasonably priced. Nice, thick pile. They have lots of nice graphic designs to choose from, too. It took 5 weeks for the rug to be delivered, but this was within the company's guidelines. Only minor complaint is the pink rug I bought was a slightly stronger/cooler tone than I wanted – it's hard to get a good idea of the colour just by looking at your computer screen. Next time I would order the complimentary colour samples first before ordering online.

My mother and I went to the shop in notting hill to discuss our designs and look at the various wool depths etc and the two gentlemen we met were exceptionally kind and helpful. They even ordered us a taxi to take us back to our hotel. The rugs we ordered are fabulous and I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

My new rug is fabulous. All the colour are perfect and match really well with the room. The shape I needed (long oval) was to go specifically with a new curved settee, as rectangle and square rugs just didn’t look right, so the opportunity not only to design it myself using my own colours, but to have the exact size was fantastic. It wasn’t cheap, but the quality is excellent and it looks wonderful.

I was extremely pleased with the design and true colours that were a great match for existing colours. A great service all round.

Rug Couture has an excellent site which enables you to customise the rug you want, great fun chosing the design and colours etc.and seeing how the finished product would look. The company kept in contact with info about how long the rug would take to be made, transported and delivered and were helpful and flexible on the date and time of delivery.
I was really pleased with the finished product.

Graet company to deal with, the rug was exactly what I wanted because I was abel to pick the colours and design myself and it looks amazing in my hallway. Would definitely use them again.

The whole concept from getting great exact samples to selection was faultless and the tracking was perfect delivery was on time.
The quality is 1st class the colours were true to samples.

You can use the wool samples as a perfect guide for your chosen colour, service from beginning to end perfect, I purchases a beautiful rug excellent Quality for a very reasonable price.
