Shedding flokatis, bad customer service
Easy ordering, fast delivery, and the 3 flokatis I bought are nice and soft, thank you so much. But - they shed worse than a dog in spring. The white fluff is everywhere, there are, quite literally, hands full of it every day. Hoovering, brushing, washing - nothing helps. But what really put me off was that when I wrote to the seller, telling them I wasn't happy and asking them for help to end this enormous amount of shedding even after weeks and weeks, they had neither the professionalism nor the courtesy to respond.

Fantastic
Cannot fault both customer service and product quality, nothing as too much trouble.
I needed my rug in a hurry just a couple of days before Xmas and they did not fail to deliver
Impressive service both online and when I called in a panic to check if I would have my rug for Xmas
I am in Scotland so it wasn't just next door but I still got my rug the next day
Highly recommended!!!

Great customer service, good quality product.
I ordered a beautiful, colourful rug for our lounge. It was easy to use their
website and the rug arrived 2 day later from Ireland. Well packaged.
A packet of sweets fell out when I unrolled the rug, which I think is a nice touch. Really good quality rug, it looks fantastic.
