if I lay this car[pet flat and leave it for 10 minutes, it has waves from one end to the other. Piling books on it or putting furniture has no effect. Also the corners turn up. It acts as though the backing has shrunk. I would return it but wrapping it up and getting it to a carrier is a task

Online shopping on a bank holiday, I expected the delivery dates to be affected by the long weekend but was amazed when my delivery arrived ahead of the ETA.

We ordered a rug for our conservatory from Louise. The service we received cannot be faulted. Competitive price, excellent communication and in our case, as we live quite close to the premises, personal delivery.

Read a review that Florence Trinity rust mat warmed a kitchen- love it- bold and good looking. Had to put cans on edge until flattened as 2 edges have a fold over 'hem'- but fine now. The delivery wasn't the quickest out of all the companies but was told roughly the delivery date, when it duly came, so no problem.

Very impressed with the service, the rug is great quality and very satisfied with the product and customer service. Would recommend. One suggestion - would like to see real time stock levels.

I love the rug. The quality is perfect. I had doubt cos of the price and was shocked when I got it. It was too fine for that price. I have recommended it to some friends. I will be back :)

I was very impressed with how quickly the rug arrived after purchasing it on line.
It exceeds my expectations in both appearance and quality as it is quite hard to tell by just a picture.
It is soft to walk on and has a nice thick pile.
All in all I am thrilled with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Rug Mercahant to others.

this company was very informative they e mailed you straight away on your purchase and informed you of when it was going to be delivered and when it had been dispatched. quality of the rug is excellent would Def recommend this company and buy from them again

pleased with my purchase-good value for under £40 and free delivery- only con is this type of rug is more for aesthetics' rather than providing warmth as not thick- but for the money good quality-design is as expected.
