Be warned - returning is far from easy

Unfortunately I needed to return my rug. Rugs&More’s refund process is laborious. You have to email (I sent 3 and after a last resort review on here, I finally got a response) , then you have to send video’s and pictures of the item you want to return and if they are ‘accepted’ then they will give you an address to send your return to. Then you wait……in my case, another email and I then had to provide proof of postage……..and once they have “inspected” the item, you will be granted a refund. It’s a lot. I did finally get my refund but was left feeling as if the company view their customers as untrustworthy. I won’t buy from here again.

Lovely product

Lovely product, didn't suit my needs so I had to return it. Process was smooth and communication was great. Overall would shop with them again :)

I would recommend

First time I’ve purchased from this company and it won’t be my last. Rug is of high quality at a very reasonable price.

I had a bit of an issue with an item which was resolved immediately. People are quick enough to complain and not to praise hence my review. I will purchase from this company again.

Good shop

Very easy to use their website and found it easy to order, item arrived safely and in the estimated time. Unfortunately when it arrived we had ordered the wrong one, and when we got in touch with them they told us to send it back and they would refund us. Refund has been received. They went out of their way to assist us and to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend them, and we would use them again.

Horrible service

Horrible service. Zero response despite several attempts. Emails sent and nothing. Order made and no delivery. Money taken and nothing. Surprised there is no other reviews here !! Do not use them!!
