Good selection and value; vintage rugs not clearly described
The selection and value fur quality rugs is very good here. Just beware when ordering ‘vintage’ rugs. Ours arrived with a large cigarette burn hole in the wool that was not shown in the description, nor in photos.

Bad color, bad quality!
Color of the carpet was different! It seems like they use fancy filters, but this is not Instagram, you need to get the real pictures and info!
Also material was terrible - and they call the rug “comfy”, lol.
Never again buying anything from their e-shop.

Damaged rug and non-functional customer service
Ordered rug is nice, although quite expensive. However, what I did not expect is to receive rug cut on the bottom part (either by previous customer who returned it, or by employees dealing with packaging). Even worse is the absence of feedback to my e-mails addressed to customer support. Hopefully, they will change something in the processes after reviews like this..
EDIT: I was contacted by the customer service - the case was handled professionally and my case was (unfortunate) coincidence.
