Good and bad.
The problem were the translation system which didn't interpret the language, and although I quickly asked to revise to the correct info., the deliverable were already shipped and I needed to communicate to FedEx by myself, and I could see similar review from other customers at here.
The products were satisfied enough, so the system has to be improved to pretend uncomfortable feeling until deliver the item.
