Had my Rule Supreme bike for a week now and must admit that I have nothing but praise for RULE Bikes through the whole process from ordering the bike, the communication during the build, all the way through to the delivery. The way the bike was packaged for delivery, built complete so that all that was required was sorting out the handle bars before riding is fantastic. The whole experience has been pleasurable and the bike is stunning. The fact that it is unique (unless I'm very unlucky!!) makes it all the more cool! My wife now wants me to get her one!! I've loved every interaction i've had with this company, from order to delivery the process went smoothly, they have a concierge to confirm your order and to aid tracking it. The bike arrived beautifully packaged just as I designed it and it was in perfect order, the seat was the right height, it comes with a funky pack to allow you to adjust the handles but more than anything it looks AMAZING, these really are super stylish fun bikes with a great story behind them. I'd defintely recommend them

Absolutely loving my Rule Supreme Bike, took delivery of it a couple of weeks ago and I love it!
I was a little bit sceptical of buying a bike online at first, BUT the Rule concierge service were nothing but amazing, they kept me up to-date with my bike order throughout the build and delivery process.
The bike is so cool and look's so amazing I decided to keep it inside the house as a show piece for all my friends & family to see when they come round! Much to my other-half's dismay LOL!
The amount of complimentary comments I get when I'm out is amazing - nothing but positive... now all I've got to do is save up and buy my missus one!

The bike arrived in mint condition and with unexpected wonderful trimmings including a large luxury box (that it arrives in), a small black tool box equipped with silver spanner and allen key and a little black rule book. You also get a complimentary slip signed by the company director and a letter explaining Rule bikes relationship with the Royal Marines. This company demonstrates a serious flair for style and luxury, as well as dedication to a good cause. I am proud to own a Rule Bikes bicycle!
