I had a account with rummycircle for past 7 to 8 years and last year I changed my mobile number which is linked to the account and asked the rummycircle support team to change or update my mobile no one the particular account but the answer was "we cannot change the mobile" then I asked the support team to delete my account permanently from the rummycircle but they are not deleting my account and saying that we cannot help in this issue and thease people are fraud because they are not providing any customer care number asking every time to contact through mail only if thease people are genuine then provide customer care number and whenever this team contact to their customers that phone number is one way if u call on that number it will not connect only they can call in my 8 years experience I noticed on this site it is totally fraud site they are putting dummy players to cheat us this i noticed somany times having experience in this game for 35 years i will challenge no one will be profit on this platform i request to players not to fall trap to this people and biggest cheating happens in club tournaments which are totally fraud I have not seen any player who won big prize money in club tournaments in this tournaments also they put dummy players and win big prize money my final conclusion on this site is "TOTALLY FRAUD APP TO CHEAT PLAYERS" and i appeal all states to ban this site

Day by day it's becoming less trustworthy this is going on since last 2 months

Hello All,
Let me explain this -
I caught them real handed how they cheat the the players -
In a single frame of 6 players , I assume there will be only a player (in person) and rest are bot.
It has an algorithm that if I drop mine deck then atleast there will be a one or two bot will follow up me as in dropping the card.
What has happened in today's game is-
There was a bot Sandi and Rahul siting behind each other in the frame. There were only 3 of us playing. Rahul gave a required card to Sandi and he kept scoring to highest and then when I had a check with Rahul card what I found was shocking. Rahul was having a two of 4 number diamond card and one of 4 diamond card was no used indeed this Rahul(BOT) gave a diamond of 9 to the Sandi which was a game card for him.
I was like literally this is how I got scammed since a week.
Beside, I have made a consumer complaint to the director of the company. Let's hope to banned this game app at India to keep our fellowship out of trauma and debts.

One of the most cheater playing site ever i have seen... you never win here.. because so much cheating I have faced..when you win one game..after that you lose back to back..and in the waiting of winning we lose our all money
